Hurricane Ike is expected to hit Cuba with Hurricane 3 or 4 force winds. It's then expected to regain strength and hit Florida with the same 3 to 4 force winds.

As Florida emergency planners monitor tropical storm Hanna... They're now starting to focus on hurricane Ike. Residents in Florida are already preparing for the possible hurricane. Governor Charlie Crist will be heading to the south Florida Saturday to meet with local officials... Crist says there is a potential he will have to order evacuations for more than one million people if he gets too close.
